At the highly successful extraordinary meeting held Monday night, members were informed by Council Candidates on their Arts policy attitudes. A summary is available  HERE.

At the Mosaic Master Class, Jennifer Wright (Summers) presented the inaugral award to Dana McCown for service to Art Council Toowoomba in numerous areas, over a number of years. Dana was thrilled with her trophy which was created by the committee, each adding to the completed figurine. She has lovingly named it Indigo Gal.

The workshop, led by multi-skilled artist Scott Maxwell, increased knowledge for concept development that will enable the Toowoomba community to deliver the mosaic Flood Marker Project, Splashing back.
