New Concept for Arts Council Toowoomba Postcard Project
This year six children have been awarded Highly Commended for their entries.
Arts Council Toowoomba have for the first time printed these postcards which are available singly.
As usual the 6 winning adult entries are available in a limited numbered set as a collector’s high quality item.
